Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of LAPI LLC's services, including AI agents, infrastructure, integrations and any related products. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use our Services to:

Illegal activity

• Violate any applicable law, regulation or legal obligation.
• Facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crimes.
• Generate, store or distribute child sexual abuse material or any content exploiting minors.
• Engage in human trafficking, forced labour or exploitation of any kind.

Harmful or deceptive content

• Generate or distribute malware, ransomware, viruses or other malicious code.
• Conduct phishing, social engineering or impersonation attacks.
• Create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud or harass.
• Produce spam, misleading content or disinformation at scale.
• Impersonate another person, business or government entity without authorisation.

Abuse of AI systems

• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or reconstruct any model weights, training data or proprietary algorithms underlying our Services.
• Use our AI agents to make autonomous decisions with material legal, financial or safety consequences without appropriate human oversight.
• Deliberately cause AI agents to produce harmful, biased or discriminatory outputs.
• Circumvent safety measures, content filters, rate limits or access controls.
• Use the Services to develop competing AI products or services without a separate licence.

Weapons, violence and physical harm

• Design, develop or operate weapons systems, including chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear weapons.
• Plan, coordinate or carry out acts of violence or terrorism.
• Generate instructions for creating weapons or explosives.

Surveillance and privacy violations

• Conduct mass surveillance, unauthorised tracking or profiling of individuals.
• Use facial recognition, biometric identification or emotion detection systems in ways that violate applicable law or individual rights.
• Collect, process or store personal data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA or other applicable data protection laws.

Infrastructure abuse

• Conduct denial-of-service attacks against our systems or third-party systems through our Services.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorisation.
• Use our infrastructure to host, relay or amplify attacks on other systems.
• Exceed authorised resource limits or consumption quotas in a manner designed to degrade service for others.

2. Responsible AI use

We expect all users of LAPI AI systems to:

• Maintain meaningful human oversight of AI-assisted decisions that affect people's rights, safety, employment, health or financial standing.
• Disclose to end users when they are interacting with an AI system rather than a human, where required by law or where the absence of disclosure could reasonably mislead.
• Monitor AI outputs for accuracy, bias and appropriateness, and report issues to us promptly.
• Implement appropriate data governance, access controls and audit logging for AI systems we build and operate on your behalf.

3. Reporting violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, whether by your own organisation or by another user, please report it to loading.... We investigate all reports and respond within 5 business days.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including:

• Issuing warnings.
• Temporarily suspending access to the Services.
• Permanently terminating access to the Services.
• Reporting violations to law enforcement where required or appropriate.

Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a violation before taking enforcement action. However, we may act immediately without notice where the violation poses an imminent risk of harm, legal liability or damage to our infrastructure.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services.
